Listing & Community Guidelines

These guidelines form part of our Terms of Use. They exist to keep US Corporate Listings accurate, fair and useful.

1. One business, one profile

Each listing must represent a real business at a real location. Additional listings are only for genuinely separate locations with their own address. Duplicate listings, or multiple accounts used to get around plan limits, are not allowed.

2. Accurate categories, services and areas

Choose the one primary category that best describes your business, plus at most one closely related category. List only services you actually provide and only areas you actually serve. Category stuffing, keyword stuffing and location manipulation are not allowed.

3. Truthful information and credentials

Business names, contact details, licenses, insurance and other credentials must be accurate and current. A “License verified” badge appears only after our team verifies the license. Submitting false licenses or credentials, or impersonating another business, is prohibited.

4. Claims and ownership

Only an owner or authorized representative may claim a business. Claims are reviewed before approval; a business that has already been claimed cannot be claimed again. Unauthorized or fraudulent claims are prohibited.

5. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experiences. Fake reviews, paid or incentivized reviews, reviewing your own business or a competitor, and pressuring customers are prohibited. Review invitations must go only to real customers.

6. Customer accounts

Use one account per person. Do not create fake accounts, post spam, harass others, or manipulate rankings. Pro and customer roles cannot be held at the same time.

7. Leads and contact

Customer contact details may be used only to respond to that customer’s request. Reselling, scraping or spamming leads is prohibited.

8. Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may: issue a warning; require a correction; suspend a listing, a claim or verification badges; restrict features; suspend or terminate an account; or permanently ban repeat or serious offenders. We may act without notice where needed to protect users. You can appeal by emailing info@us-corporate-listings.com.
